Collection: Nature's Sweet Syrups

Four liquid sweeteners, each pressed from a single plant. Chicory root syrup carries 11g of dietary fiber per tablespoon — 39% of the Daily Value — with 0g of added sugars. Yacon comes from the Andean tuber, date syrup from whole pressed dates, coconut nectar from the blossom of the coconut palm.

None of them are as sweet as cane sugar, and that is the trade. What they have instead is body — real viscosity that makes them work in coffee, sparkling water and glazes where a powdered sweetener disappears.

Turn any of them over and the ingredient list is short enough to read in one breath.
