Shipping policy

We ship from our facility in Northport, New York.

Rates and delivery times — United States

• Free standard shipping on orders of $10.00 and over. Economy service, 5–8 business days.
• Orders under $10.00: Economy shipping is $9.99.
• Faster services are available at checkout. UPS and USPS rates (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express) are calculated live based on your address and the weight of your order.

Bulk and bucket orders

Our 45 lb buckets ship on their own rates because of their weight. Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout and the free-shipping threshold above does not apply to them.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.

Order processing

Orders are picked and dispatched from our New York facility. Delivery estimates begin from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, which you can use to follow its progress.

Problems with a delivery

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed well beyond the estimate above, or does not arrive at all, email info@goodbalanceinc.com and we will put it right.

Returns

Returns are covered separately by our refund policy, which gives you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
