Be clear about what it is: dates are a naturally sugar-rich fruit, and concentrating them concentrates that. This is not a low-sugar product and we will not describe it as one. It is an unrefined sweetener with a real flavour, and that is the reason to buy it.

Is it certified organic? No. We are not USDA organic certified and we do not use the word. If you find an older listing that says otherwise, it is out of date.
Is this sugar-free or keto? No. For a sweetener with fiber and no added sugars, our chicory root syrup is the one — 11g of dietary fiber per tablespoon.
